Your engineer, James, was very good and explained things as he went along, and finally explained to us in plain language how to use it. We would have no hesitation in recommending Executive Security to anyone. Best regards Chris & Joyce Scott

Dear Philip

Thank you so much for all your help to put the electrical security of our house and garage in order after the lightning strike that happened a few weeks ago. Your rapid response and concern for our plight gave us peace of mind and helped us to get through the shock and worry.

Your engineers (in this case, the two Andy’s) were as usual very efficient.

It is always a pleasure to have them do our repairs.

Good evening Phil,

Many thanks for installing our new alarm system, it is indeed a first class bit of kit. Glad to have paid for the better version.

It is not often I am compelled to write about customer service but on this occasion I felt it was deserved and required.

Your engineer (Sandy, I believe his name was) was nothing short of superb yesterday in regards the installation. Given the poor guy was there most of the day and into the early part of the evening, he brilliant throughout and my father-in-law has already called me twice to ensure I send this email! He is a credit to your company and I would highly recommend your company based on his performance alone, please pass him my regards and thank him again for all his efforts yesterday.

So often, the little things are too much trouble for people these days, that it is refreshing to find someone so dedicated to making sure the customer is happy and nothing seemed an issue. Again, given that he had been there all day, he still took the time to ensure we were comfortable knowing the system and we were happy with before leaving. All in all, FIRST CLASS.

Kind regards

John Rhodes

We have recently installed an 8 camera CCTV system in a Worcestershire Antiques Dealership.
This was a requirement to deter vandalism to the premises out of hours and to help monitor theft and damage inside the premises during the hours of business.

Our remit was to supply camera’s that would be effective in low light conditions.
We supplied very high resolution 600 TVL armoured cameras with high power IR LED Illuminators enabling good vision and recording in both day and night conditions up to a range of 30m.

As an added bonus we set the system up for remote viewing on our clients IPad and IPhone enabling them to monitor their business from anywhere in the world with a mobile or WiFi connection.

The complete installation was completed in 2 days.

Our wireless burglar alarms employ the very latest 2-way technology. When the system is turned off, the control sends a message to all of the peripheral devices and they are turned off, thus giving an expected battery life in excess of 3 – 4 years. On top of that our system’s will also notify you when your batteries become low allowing enough time to get them replaced – thus making sure that you are not left without your alarm!

Security News from the BBC on Friday 24th June 2011

Prime Minister David Cameron this week vowed to bring in stronger measures to protect homeowners defending their property.

He said: “We will put beyond doubt that homeowners and small shopkeepers who use reasonable force to defend themselves or their properties will not be prosecuted.”

Protecting our homes and family should be our given right.

There are better ways than waiting to face the intruder, fit CCTV and Burglar Alarms to your Home, Business, or other valued property.
